Macaroni with bechamel and tomato

Ingredients

How to prepare

Ingredients

  • Two cubes of Magi.
  • Five cups of milk.
  • Six tablespoons of flour.

  • Pinch of black pepper.

How to prepare

  1. Put a pot of milk on the fire.
  2. Add the flour to the milk so that it mixes well.
  3. Put the salt, pepper, mugi and butter into the milk and mix them well until the mixture thickens.
  4. Put the mixture in the oven until it thickens and is cooked.
  5. Divide the mixture in half.
  6. Get a clean tray.

  3. A cup of flour.

  3. Teaspoon white pepper, or to taste.

How to prepare

  1. Boil pasta in boiling water with salt.
  2. Chop onion, garlic and bell pepper with some rough chops and fry them in a frying pan with oil.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, black pepper and cumin and leave them to soften, then add the chopped chicken into semi-cubes.
  4. To make the bechamel, in a saucepan over a stove, put the oil and flour and stir with the addition of milk, then add the warm water in batches, stirring until it becomes medium thick, then add the broth cube, nutmeg and white pepper.
  5. Add the bechamel to the pasta and stir.
  6. Put half the amount of pasta in a tray, then the chicken, then the rest of the pasta, (you can sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on top).
  7. Put the tray into the oven a quarter of an hour from the bottom and ten minutes from the top.
